Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your System
Securely pack the karaoke player, microphones, and all included accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for delivery to our quality control department.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
